for sure!

I have no more excuses. Everyone is feeling good. I have stretchy pants. A treadmill (thanks Jen!!!) A spot for MY eliptical.....ehem....MOTHER. And a plan. 8:45am tomorrow morning I will be running. Well maybe I should start off with just walking.... but it will be at a brisk pace! If you call I will not answer because I will for sure be out of breath. I must go now to find fun workout music to download. I will tell you all about it tomorrow!

  1. Janika, if you're going to start running I highly recommend this Couch to 5k plan. http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml . It's awesome and very doable. In August I couldn't jog 2 minutes without huffing and puffing. Saturday I ran 10 miles. If I can do it, a Lakette sure as hell can. It's a 9 week program. Plenty of time to be ready for the 5k portion of the Ogden Marathon at the end of May.
